Refund and swap policy

Our products are digital, so nothing is posted and nothing needs to be sent back.

Swap guarantee (14 days). If a program isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of buying and we'll swap it for any other program at the same price. If you'd like a more expensive one, you just pay the difference.

Refunds. We'll refund you in full if you didn't receive your download or access link and we can't fix it within a few days, if the file or tracker is faulty and we can't fix it, or if you were charged twice by mistake.

Personalised plans. The Growth Project and the Meal Plan are built from your answers as soon as you submit them, so we can't refund once your plan has been created. The 14-day swap still applies.

How to ask. Email ben.socialsacc@gmail.com with your order number. This doesn't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
